Training is varied to suit both the needs of the participants and the requirements of a particular module: lecture style when necessary, otherwise highly participative, involving attendees in small group discussions, full group discussions, exercises, questionnaires, self tests and case studies. Group discussions and sharing of information play an important role so that participants can practice and internalise the principles taught in accordance with contemporary adult learning methods. Notes are handed out as back up to the information learnt.
